Clint Gandy is a Senior Vice President of Valuation Advisory, based in Partners’ Dallas office.

Mr. Gandy has a rich background in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in retail, office, industrial, and multifamily markets, along with special use assignments ranging from solar farms to marinas. He has a proven track record of success in executing complex appraisal assignments over many years. Before joining Partners, he was with Colliers International, where he played an instrumental role in their appraisal division and was a key player within their Industrial Valuation team. Mr. Gandy is currently a candidate for the MAI designation
