Cooper Simons is an Associate on our Industrial team, serving both San Antonio and Austin. Cooper will be working directly with John Colglazier and will be alternating between the San Antonio and Austin offices.

Cooper interned with Partners during the summers of 2021 and 2023. His internships provided him with hands-on experience in Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment Sales, and Industrial Brokerage, where he gained valuable insights into the industry through rotations with our industry leaders, on-site tours, and active involvement in development underwriting processes.

Cooper holds a degree in Corporate Communications and Business Real Estate from the University of Texas.
