Eric Sheaffer serves as Vice President on our Industrial Brokerage Services team in our Austin office. Eric is instrumental in supporting our clients’ industrial real estate needs throughout the Austin area.

Eric brings a robust background in tenant representation, property acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate consulting. Previously serving as Vice President at CBRE, he delivered creative real estate solutions that helped clients achieve their operational goals through tailored strategies. With a comprehensive understanding of both local and national market trends, developed during his time as a research analyst, Eric’s insights and forward-looking perspective are true assets to his clients.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University. He is actively involved in the Austin business community, including affiliations with the Commercial Broker’s Association of Austin and Opportunity Austin.
