Eric Sheaffer serves as Vice President on our Industrial Brokerage Services team in our Austin office.

Eric brings extensive experience in tenant representation, property acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate consulting. As a former Vice President at CBRE, he developed and executed creative, results-driven strategies that helped clients optimize their real estate portfolios and achieve operational goals.

With a foundation as a research analyst, Eric offers deep insight into both local and national market trends. His analytical expertise and forward-thinking approach make him a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex commercial real estate decisions.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the Herberger School of Business at St. Cloud State University. He is actively involved in the Austin business community through his affiliations with the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin and Opportunity Austin. Outside of work, Eric enjoys golfing, hiking, and exploring Austin’s many outdoor amenities.
