Garrett Goetz serves as Vice President on the Valuation Advisory team.

Prior to joining Partners, Garrett served as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser & Consultant at Murphy Appraisal Services, where he excelled in data research, client development, property inspections, and valuation. He also worked at Certified Appraisers, Inc. and 10/12 Properties, where he specialized as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, focusing on first-time homebuyers. Garrett’s extensive experience in appraisals and real estate sales has equipped him with a diverse skill set and a robust professional network.
