Hayden brings valuable experience from his time as a Phase II Construction Manager at Perry Homes, where he led construction projects, optimized scheduling, and consistently delivered high-quality results under budget. His background in real estate marketing and operations further highlights his strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Hayden earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
