Prior to joining Partners, Joel was an industrial sales/leasing broker for Moody Rambin Interests. Joel has closed in excess of 300 acres of industrial land during the past two years. Servicing the needs of both local and national firms, Joel recognizes that each client is unique with individual requirements.
