Kyle Knox, MAI, AI-GRS, is a Managing Director, Financial Institution Valuation, based in Partners’ Dallas office.  His experience consists of valuation and consulting engagements of individual and portfolio assignments of institutional and non-institutional grade commercial real estate. Experience includes property valuations of commercial real estate throughout the United States for pension funds, life insurance companies, various institutional real estate advisors, national, regional, and local banks, corporate businesses, and high net worth clients. Experience also includes originating, underwriting, structuring, appraising, and financing in excess of $4 billion of bridge and permanent real estate loans while holding senior-level positions at Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, New York Life, and A10 Capital.
