Lane Griffon is as an Associate in our Houston office.

Prior to Partners, Lane worked at Highpoint Insurance as a Business Development Associate, responsible for outbound sales and prospect research. There, he grew new business through creative outbound marketing, lead generation tactics and networking. Lane also served on the Board of Directors for Fannin Bank, where he would participate in monthly board meetings to approve and assist in overall bank functions to ensure all departments of the bank ran smoothly.
