Larry Koestler is Partners’ Executive Vice President of Marketing, an executive leadership role in which he has oversight of and overall responsibility for the entirety of Partners’ Corporate/Enterprise Marketing and Communications strategic initiatives across all of its geographies and business lines.

As Head of Marketing and Communications for Partners, Larry is responsible for steering the firm’s brand, marketing and media relations priorities—including continually enhancing the company’s digital marketing, web marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, digital and print advertising, branding, research, social media, storytelling, lead generation and other initiatives across every service line and location—and leads a team that functions as a proactive strategic business partner, unlocking new revenue streams for the company.

Larry blends right brain creative brand-building success with left brain strategic marketing analytical rigor and discipline. He has more than two decades of Fortune 500 Content Marketing, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, Consulting, Branding, Speechwriting and PR leadership and expertise developing and executing on omnichannel interdisciplinary marketing strategies. He is a strategic industry disruptor, elevating brands to not just relevance but desirability on emerging media platforms.

A native New Yorker-turned-Houstonian, he thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Larry blends robust interpersonal skills with a meticulously organized and detail-oriented management approach. He excels at building teams, nurturing talent, and extracting maximum value from his resources.

Larry was previously named one of Real Estate Forum’s 50 Under 40 Rising Stars of Commercial Real Estate—the only marketing and communications executive to make the list, and one of just two in this esteemed group to be based in Houston.

Prior to Partners, Larry was the Digital Marketing Manager for Americas Marketing at CBRE, a role in which he oversaw and coordinated the digital marketing efforts of the company’s 350+ worldwide offices and specialized in developing and positioning content to ensure it reached the right audiences, inspired engagement and engendered brand equity, among other responsibilities.

Prior to that, he served as CBRE’s Marketing Innovation Manager, consulting on digital tools for the company’s global business lines. He also served as Communications & Media Manager, collaborating with the company’s senior executives on messaging, and creating, editing and publishing communications deliverables that aligned with the company’s business strategy, vision and mission.
