Lisa DeMaria, SHRM-CP is Partners’ Human Resources Manager, based in the company’s Houston office. Lisa is responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring all HR initiatives align with business goals, owning the onboarding process for our employees and commercial brokers, serving as the point of contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture, our facilities, and creating HR strategies for compensation, benefits, health and safety, among other duties.
Lisa previously worked at Camillo Companies, where she served as People & Culture Business Partner, supporting that company’s people & culture processes for 400+ full-time employees across its service offerings. She also spent time at Premier Oilfield Group as Human Resources Manager, enhancing that organization’s HR function by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
