Matt Hall joined Partners Valuation Advisory in 2023. Licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana with experience in the retail, office, industrial and multi-family sectors and special uses including self-storage and mobile home parks, he has prepared various eminent domain projects for different governmental entities and private property owners.

Prior to joining Partners, he was with Todd Property Advisors and Bowery Valuation. Mr. Hall also serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Texas A&M University System teaching real estate and risk management classes. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University and is currently a candidate for the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute.

Prior to entering valuation, Matt spent nearly 20 years in banking as a commercial lender and team lead in the Dallas area working with a number of banks operating in the North Texas markets.
