Matt joined Partners from Bowery Valuation and Todd Property Advisors, where he serviced North, Central and East Texas as well as Oklahoma and northern Arkansas with his valuation expertise. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor for the Texas A&M University System teaching real estate and risk management classes. He has over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation and advisory and received his Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University in 2017.  Prior to entering valuation, Matt spent nearly 20 years in banking as a commercial lender and team lead in the Dallas area working with a number of banks operating in the North Texas markets.
