Matt has been involved in many of the most notable land transactions in Atlanta for almost 40 years. Prior to Partners, he was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield for 30 years. Notable clients include Sea Island Company, Reynolds Lake Oconee, Cousins Properties, Halpern Enterprises, The Varsity, and Fuqua Development, as well as non-profits like Shepherd Center, Boys and Girls Clubs, Atlanta Humane Society, and Atlanta History Center.
