Parker specializes in tenant representation and project leasing within the medical/office sector, with a proven track record of success exceeding 2 million sq. ft. in transactions. Parker’s expertise extends across Central Texas and beyond, where he develops customized real estate solutions for businesses undergoing corporate change or seeking innovative investment opportunities. His collaborative approach consistently delivers cost-saving and income-producing outcomes for clients. Before his real estate career, Parker was a professional golfer for seven years after graduating from Rice University. He is actively involved in the San Antonio community, serving with organizations such as the Rotary Club and St. George Episcopal School.
