Phil, previously a shareholder of Providence Commercial Real Estate Services, has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in land acquisitions and sales, emphasizing site acquisitions for developers and users. He is a former President of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio and the CCIM Institute’s San Antonio chapter.
