Rahwa Baatai is a Account Manager on the Industrial Services team, working directly with directly with Michael Keegan, Clay Pritchett, Zane Carman, Andrew Laycock and Jacob Cantu.

Rahwa has played a pivotal role in fostering the expansion of Partners brokerage team, demonstrating a keen ability to pinpoint candidates who embody our core values during her tenure as a Recruiter. Rahwa is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, having previously worked as both a retail and office leasing agent.

Prior to joining Partners, Rahwa previously worked at Whitestone REIT, where she spent several years as a Leasing Agent. Prior to that role she was an International Flight Attendant, and also spent time as a B2B Sales Consultant for Staples. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
