Roger Hill is a Partner at Partners Real Estate, specializing in Industrial, Office Leasing and Investment Sales. He is based in the company’s San Antonio office.

Roger has been a trusted advisor in the San Antonio commercial real estate market since 2005, specializing in sales, leasing, development, and investment sales. In addition to his time at JLL, Roger also worked at Travis Commercial Real Estate Services, and his background also includes success in oil and gas, where he oversaw mineral acquisitions and property management.

His extensive network and deep understanding of the local landscape have enabled him to build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, including  American Residential Services, Capitol Aggregates, Crockett Development, Hill Family Interests, ING Clarion, Milam Real Estate Advisors, Overland Group, Petty Family, Touchstone Communities, Zachry Corporation, Quannah Development, Welcome Group, IDV, Phelan Bennett, Allied Fire Protection, Jackson Shaw, Scannell Development, Berkeley Partners, and Reserve Street Property Company.

Roger is an active member of the community and has served on several non-profit boards and committees, including San Antonio Academy, Fiesta San Antonio Commission Executive Committee, Fiesta San Antonio Commission Board of Commissioners, and the Texas Wildlife Association.  He has served as a Texas Cavaliers board member since 2003 and was recently selected as King Antonio XCVII.
