Shavaun Del Rosario is an Accounting Manager on the Partners Capital’s team in Houston. 

Shavaun brings eight years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and property management. Her background includes senior accounting roles at BKR Real Estate Management, Howard Hughes Corporation, and Jones Lang LaSalle, where she honed her expertise in financial reporting, variance analysis, CAM reconciliation, and overseeing teams. Shavaun has a proven track record of ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX standards, as well as streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.

Shavaun earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
