Taylor Wynn is a Senior Associate in Partners’ Investment Sales division.

Taylor, a native Houstonian, has been involved in the real estate industry for 7 years and specializes in representing sellers and buyers. In particular, he supports his clients with aiding them throughout the entire real estate lifecycle. Taylor’s expertise lies in his ability to understand the unique needs of each client and to match them with the ideal solution that meets their requirements. Taylor’s success as a broker is due in part to his extensive knowledge of the local market, which enables him to provide his clients with the most up-to-date information on market trends, rental rates, and property availability.  In addition to Seller’s representation, Taylor holds a successful track record representing Buyers– ranging from land, office to retail.

Prior to commercial real estate, Taylor worked in private equity companies in the oilfield service business where he handled business development, which included all real estate matters. Not only is Taylor extremely well-versed in the Houston market, but transacts in multiple Texas markets for his clients. Taylor is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
