With over two decades of experience in the Houston real estate market, Win has completed over 735 transactions totaling more than 8.6 million sq. ft. during his career. He has worked on 23 properties throughout the city of Houston representing 11.9 million sq. ft. of Class A office space with private and institutional owners.  Prior to joining Partners, Win worked at Cushman & Wakefield and served as Executive Vice President & Partner at Colvill Office Properties.
