Partners Capital Land Fund I was launched in September 2022 with the goal of building a portfolio of land investments in major U.S. markets and beyond; targeting tracts in the path of growth where value can be added through strategic entitlement and infrastructure improvements; acquiring land for cash and selling for cash, dramatically reducing the use of debt financing and lowering the risk profile of the fund.

Partners Hospitality Fund I was established to invest in branded upper-midscale and upscale hotels in high-growth markets throughout the Southeastern and Southwestern United States. The fund’s aim is to identify well-positioned but undercapitalized and/or undermanaged assets in markets with strong fundamentals and to increase value by investing in renovations, installing a professional operating partner, and implementing hands-on asset management. The fund will bring rigorous analysis and oversight to a segment dominated by small, individual owner-operators with the goal of selling stabilized assets to large, institutional buyers willing to pay a premium for cash-flowing assets.

Our development platform originates and executes projects of all sizes and complexity, and provides full-cycle, end-to-end project expertise and seamless execution on site selection, land acquisition, entitlements, planning and design, financing, governmental relations, and construction management. Our team capabilities include prototype design development coupled with a regional roll-out on in order to accomplish your business expansion goals. Targeted geographic areas include Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, and other attractive markets in the Southern, Sunbelt, Southwestern and Southeastern United States.

Build-to-suit development services can be provided on a lease, fee or risk-based structure.
