Houston, TX, May 23, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, announced today it plans to expand and relocate its headquarters, signing a new lease for 32,286 sq. ft. of office space at San Felipe Plaza at 5847 San Felipe St., a 1-million-sq.-ft., Class A property located in Houston’s Galleria/Uptown submarket. The company’s current sublease for the 19th floor and part of the 17th floor at 1360 Post Oak Blvd at Four Oaks Place is up in March of 2025.

Privately-held and independently-owned Partners is the 3rd-largest commercial real estate firm in Houston, and is the first Houston commercial real estate firm ever to rank as the #1 workplace in the city across all companies and industries by both The Houston Business Journal (Best Places to Work) and The Houston Chronicle (Top Workplace) in the same year, as well as one of the only companies period to pull off a clean sweep of both awards.

“Partners has nearly doubled in size since we moved into Four Oaks Place almost five years ago.   We have outgrown what was available to us in our current location, and we sought to identify a state-of-the-art space in our longtime home in the Galleria area that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence,” said Travis Rodgers, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Partners. “Expanding and relocating to San Felipe Plaza gives us the opportunity to upgrade our physical environment and invest in a vibrant workspace that inspires innovation and collaboration. Positive Collaboration is the foundation of our core values and our stunning new space will represent the ideal environment for our team to unlock the next level of partnering together to deliver unparalleled solutions for our clients.”

Partners’ Dan Boyles and Griff Bandy, both Partners on the Office Tenant Representation team, represented Partners in the transaction.

With a workforce exceeding 250 real estate professionals across four locations—a nearly threefold increase in just over five years—Partners outpaces its competitors, orchestrating over 900 commercial lease and sale arrangements in 2023 alone. The company also announced it is expanding to Atlanta with the addition of John O’Neill, a seasoned Atlanta commercial real estate expert, who will join Partners on June 1, 2024. Mr. O’Neill’s arrival marks the beginning of Partners’ strategic push into the Southeast U.S., showcasing the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
