In his new role, he will work alongside the Office Tenant Representation team and bolster brokerage services in Houston.
Mr. Schuhmacher is an esteemed commercial real estate broker who has specialized in helping companies find office space for over 7 years. Prior to joining Partners, Mr. Schuhmacher served as Vice President of JLL’s Office leasing team in Austin, Texas. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of office space users, including law, technology and energy firms and helped them navigate the real estate in Austin and across the U.S. He began his career in commercial real estate as a Capital Market Analyst, also at JLL. There, he specialized in underwriting, due diligence and production support for multifamily properties across Central Texas.
