San Marcos, TX, February 6, 2024 – Partners Capital, the investment platform of Partners Real Estate, announced it has acquired the Hilton Garden Inn San Marcos, a 107-room hotel located in San Marcos, Texas. This hotel is the first acquisition by Partners Capital’s Hospitality Fund I, which launched in June 2023.
