Houston, TX, September 9, 2022 – Partners today announced it has promoted Shaffer Braun to Partner. This announcement comes on the heels of Mr. Braun’s previous promotion to Senior Vice President in January of 2022.

Mr. Braun joined Partners in 2016 and specializes in project leasing and tenant representation across various product types. He currently serves in the Industrial Services division. Since joining the firm, Mr. Braun has brokered over 150 transactions with a total transaction volume over $50M.
Recent significant transactions completed by Mr. Braun include the sale of a 23,749-sq.-ft industrial building and 1.66 acres of land located on West Hardy Road in Houston and the sale of a 53,400-sq.-ft. industrial building and 11.43 acres of land located on Tacco Drive in San Antonio, Texas.
Prior to Joining Partners, Mr. Braun gained extensive experience in Industrial Tenant Representation with another commercial real estate firm in Houston. Additionally, he has over five years of experience in Construction Management, where he has worked with many Fortune 100 companies, government entities, and local private companies.
