Partners Real Estate arranges 10,196-sq.-ft. office lease renewal with Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council in Houston

Houston, TX, July 7, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, recently arranged a 10,196-sq.-ft. office lease renewal with Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council (“SETRAC”) located at 1111 North Loop West in Houston.

Partners’ Ryan Hand, Harry Holmes and Charlie Neuhaus represented the tenant in the transaction. Guy Brown of Texas Overland represented the landlord, Nitya Capital.
