Selma, TX, June 21, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform , arranged a 74,880-sq.-ft. industrial lease with KW Automotive Inc. located at 9388 Corporate Drive in Selma, Texas.

Partners’ John Colglazier, Lindsey Tucker, Kyle Kennan and David Oldham represented the landlord, Baltisse-Ackerman Selma, LLLP in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Webb Sellers and Drew Allen with SRS.
