Katy, TX, July 1, 2024 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), a full-service commercial real estate firm with an integrated investment and development platform, arranged the sale of a 32,900-sq.-ft. industrial property on 2.66 acres of land located at 7633 Cherokee Street in Katy, Texas.
