Lincare, an NYSE publicly traded company, recently renewed their lease at the property and committed to the location long-term.
Partners’ Evan Altemus represented the buyer, JCJL Trust and/or Assigns, a 1031 exchange investor from California, in the transaction. The seller was represented by Bill Behr with Transwestern.
