San Antonio, TX, August 18, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged the sale 7.275 acres of land located at 2 Winco Drive in San Antonio, Texas.
Partners’ Carlos Marquez and Brett Lum represented the buyer, Synthica Energy, LLC, an anaerobic digestion development company bringing organics-to-energy facilities to underserved markets across the U.S, in the transaction. Joe Carroll with Cavender & Hill represented the seller.
Synthica Energy recently announced its plans to build an anaerobic digestion facility in northeast San Antonio that will convert organic by-products from food and beverage producers to Renewable Natural Gas. Once operational, the facility will process 200,000 tons of food waste that would otherwise occupy landfills and emit greenhouse gasses.
