Partners Real Estate arranges sale of retail property to be developed into a new bar concept in the heart of Downtown Houston

Houston, TX, November 3, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged the sale of a 8,035-sq.-ft. retail property located at 306 Main Street in downtown Houston’s CBD. The property will be redeveloped into a new bar concept.
