Partners’ Phil Crane and Dan Gostylo represented the seller in the following transactions:
- Representation of the seller, SA2, Ltd in the sale of 172.64 acres of land
- Representation of the seller Curtis Harry Mahala Revocable Trust in the sale of 227.28 acres of land
The buyer, JCB is an English manufacturer of heavy equipment who plans to build a plant on the site that will employ 1500 people.
