Partners Real Estate arranges two leases totaling 229,111 sq. ft. at Doerr Lane Logistics Center

Schertz, TX, December 15, 2022 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, arranged two leases totaling 229,111 sq. ft at Doerr Lane Logistics Center located at 9870 Doerr Lane in Schertz, Texas.

Quality Custom Distribution signed a lease for 116,176 sq. ft. of space, and MEI Rigging & Crating, LLC signed a lease for 112,935 sq. ft. of space. The project is now 75% pre-leased with a scheduled completion date of February 2023.
