Houston TX, June 20, 2023 – Partners Real Estate (“Partners”), one of the largest independent commercial real estate firms in Texas, announced Ken Belden, CCIM has joined the company in the new role of Associate Managing Director. Mr. Belden will be responsible for overseeing Partners’ Associate Brokerage Program, as well as new broker orientation, and other sales training initiatives.
Mr. Belden has an extensive background in commercial real estate, joining Partners from Stafford Barrett Commercial Brokerage, where he served as Director of Retail & Office Brokerage. Mr. Belden’s time at Stafford has allowed him to create a far-reaching network of contacts within the commercial real estate industry, gifting him a wide array of experiences to pull from when navigating deals and situations of varying complexity.
