Courtney Jeffrey is the Development and Leasing Manager for the Partners Development team. In her role, Courtney manages both project-level and organization-level operations as well as retail and industrial leasing activity to meet the company’s investment and development goals.

Courtney has 16 years of experience in management of development projects and has worked at a variety of notable development firms including Midway, Slate Real Estate Partners and Resia. Courtney’s development experience ranges from ground-up office, mixed-use, and multifamily projects to value-add and renovation opportunities. Among Courtney’s notable development projects include CITYCENTRE Three, Four, and Five, Kirby Grove, The Jones on Main, Durham Heights, and The McKinley Memorial City.

Courtney graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction management, and then from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business with a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance.
