Dan Moody - Partner - Partners Real Estate

Dan Moody is the Managing Director of PCR Land Investments, LLC, as well as a Shareholder in Partners Real Estate. Dan joined Partners Capital after an 11 year period as a Principal at Parkside Capital.

Over its lifespan, Parkside Capital has raised $150 million and through selective joint ventures has invested in and managed over $250 million in assets in the Houston MSA. There, Dan was responsible for all facets of the land investment and development process including underwriting, entitlements, development, and acquisitions and dispositions.

Parkside has been in the land investment and fund management business for over fifteen years. During that time, Parkside has successfully raised three land funds totaling $145 million and through joint ventures and partnerships has invested and managed over $250 million in land across the Greater Houston market.

Dan acted as lead developer and project manager on several notable developments including University Center, Bay 10, Mason Creek, and several commercial developments in Montgomery County. Prior to moving to Houston, Dan held roles as a financial analyst with two firms in New York City – HRO Asset Management and Huron Consulting Group. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from University of Houston.
