David Oldham is an Associate broker, working directly with John Colglazier on the Industrial Services team.

David previously served as a leasing agent for Housing Scout, a service that helps students find their living accommodations at the University of Texas at Austin. He also spent time as an Industrial Brokerage Intern for JLL.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations at The University of Texas at Austin in 2023.
