Jacob Cantu is an Associate on the Industrial Services team in the company’s Houston office, working directly with Clay Pritchett.

Prior to joining Partners, Jacob served as Associate of Student Housing at Stafford Barett Commercial Brokerage in College Station. In this role, he focused on the acquisition, disposition and development of purpose-built student housing assets throughout Texas. He also spent time as a Research Analyst, compiling information and conducting market analysis for prospective properties and clients.
