Jennifer Clendening serves as the Senior Vice President of Investor Services. In this role, she is responsible for pursuing opportunities to cross-sell the company’s wide range of investor services, including Property Management, Project Leasing, Facilities Management, Construction Management, and Investment Sales; as well as the firm’s Valuation & Appraisal Services offering, among others.

Among her primary initiatives will be to further enhance Partners’ collaborative environment between its range of investor services across all geographies, cementing the organization’s full-service platform as a true “one-stop shop” for all of its investor clients’ needs.

Jennifer comes to Partners from CBRE, where she most recently served as Managing Director for Asset Services Business Development for nearly a decade. There, she leveraged her deep understanding of commercial real estate to create collaborative opportunities across all lines of business, enhance relationships and drive growth. Prior to that role she spent time at JLL as a Vice President in that company’s Property Management vertical. She comes to Partners with more than two decades of high-level commercial real estate experience at many of the best-known names in the industry.
