Jerod Hangartner is Managing Director of Partners’ Dallas office. In this role, Jerod oversees Brokerage Services to ensure the firm’s North Texas clients receive the exceptional level of service that customers across the state have come to expect from Partners.

Prior to joining Partners, Jerod spent the past 16 years leasing and operating commercial real estate as a broker and asset manager. Jerod was responsible for the operation of institutional industrial and flex product portfolios positioned primarily in Texas. His experience, which encompassed all major markets across Texas as well as Northern California and the Midwest included a 14 million-square-foot industrial portfolio valued at approximately $1.6 billion.

Jerod provides outstanding service and solutions to his clients based on his 16 years of experience in asset management, portfolio management, leasing, and brokerage services. Among his many career accomplishments, Jerod has completed over 400 lease transactions totaling approximately $185 million in total consideration.

Jerod is a native Texan and a graduate of the University of North Texas, has completed Certified Commercial Investment Member coursework, and is Argus Certified.
