Kayla Kerscher serves as Capital Project Manager of Partners Capital.

In her role, Kayla is responsible for executing all capital expenditure and tenant improvement projects for the Partners Capital porftolio.

Kayla joins Partners from construction, architectural, and engineering consulting firm Marx | Okubo, where she served as a Senior Project Coordinator. There she acted as project manager for various commercial building types, including office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and multifamily. In her role, she acted as an owner’s representative for 15 ongoing new construction projects and worked with equity partners, lenders, and developers to ensure compliance, safety regulations, and quality control were met.

Kayla received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon. She has a Masters of Real Estate Development and is a registered architect in the state of Texas.
