Ken Belden serves as Associate Managing Director in Partners’ Houston office.

Ken is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Associate broker program, as well as new broker orientation, and other sales training initiatives.

Ken has more than 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, joining Partners from Stafford Barrett Commercial Brokerage, where he served as Director of Retail & Office Brokerage. Ken’s time at Stafford has allowed him to create a far-reaching network of contacts within the commercial real estate industry, gifting him a wide array of experiences to pull from when navigating deals and situations of varying complexity
