Matthew Richerson is an Associate in Partners’ Dallas office on the Retail services team.

Matthew received his degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Texas Christian University in May of 2023. He worked at Newmark as a summer intern in 2022 and was responsible for working with the office agency leasing and investment sales teams. There, he performed projects including building competitive sets, responding to tenant RFPs, and maintaining lease and sales comps for the market.
