Mary Caroline Hayles is an Associate specializing in Retail Services. MC works directly with Derek Anthony in the Dallas Office.

Prior to joining Partners, MC served as a Brokerage Intern at Lincon Property Company in Austin, Texas. There she organized all lease compositions of multi-family and office space to accumulate expiring leases for potential tenants and performed daily tasks including cold calling, recording data and assisting on property tours.
