As Vice President – Project Leasing, Michael Sieger is responsible for developing new business and leading the project leasing efforts for Partners’ Landlord Services Division within the Houston market.
Michael brings 20 years of experience in the representation of both Owners and Tenants in the Houston area. A respected leader in the industry, his track record of demonstrated success has led him to the completion of more than 1.6 million square feet over the past ten years with an aggregate value of $300 million.
Prior to joining Partners, Michael spent the previous ten years at PMRG/Madison Marquette in a similar capacity. Before that, Mr. Sieger had stints with both CB Richard Ellis and Newmark Knight Frank as a Tenant Representative; representing tenants on a local, national and international basis.
The experience as a Tenant Representative afforded Michael the insight and knowledge required to help his landlord clients better understand what tenants are looking for as they engage the marketplace.

Michael received a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in San Antonio.
