Nellie Hall serves as Assistant Controller on the Corporate Accounting team.  Nellie assists the accounting team in preparing financial statements, performing account reconciliations, review of daily accounting entries, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting along with other assignments.

Before joining Partners, Nellie worked at Kimco Realty, where she served as a Supervisor for the corporate accounting team. There, she was responsible for providing key business analytics to executive management related to accounts receivable, allowance for doubtful accounts, financial reporting to management, and account reconciliations. She is proficient in various accounting software and reporting tools and is an analytical problem solver, making her a great addition to our team.
