Nikki Gregory is a Vice President of Property Operations. Nikku leads and supports Partners Property Management leaders and managers in the implementation, adherence to, and tracking of daily operational policies and procedures. She will be instrumental in collaborating with the team to challenge effectiveness, set strategic goals, and ensure that necessary training is consistently provided.

Nikki’s property management portfolio includes 4126 Southwest Freeway, a 17-story, 139,831-sq.-ft. office building in Houston. Renovated in 2012, the property offers an updated lobby, panoramic views, and has access to both U.S. 59 and 610 Loop. 4126 Southwest Freeway was renamed the T-Mobile Tower in 2018 for the telecommunications company that occupies three and half floors in the building. Other tenants include Reconstructive Associates, Performance Pain & Sports Medicine, Veteran Evaluation Services, Crosspoint Surgical Center and the Institute of Cosmetic Surgery.
