Stan is an industry veteran with 20+ years of experience in the industrial property sector throughout Central Texas and Southern California. His extensive background ranges industrial capital markets sales/acquisitions, industrial leasing and land acquisition for industrial development. He has served clients in completing more than $500 million in sale and lease transactions totaling 5+ million sq. ft. of space.
His client base is a diverse group of owner/occupants, developers and investment firms ranging from small private equity/family office groups to institutional/REIT capital and end-users spanning entry level start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Stan has been involved with multiple fun business ventures including two deep sea fishing charter operations in San Diego, CA and an online fishing apparel company.
