Tyler Givens serves as Vice President, Valuation Advisory in the Houston office. Tyler is responsible for helping the Valuation team serve its banking and lending clients.

Tyler is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with eight years of experience performing real estate appraisals for commercial lending and eminent domain acquisitions. He joins Partners from Stouffer & Associates, Inc. where he served as an Associate Appraiser. There, he performed real property appraisals for bank loan/underwriting purposes on retail, industrial, office, multi-family, mixed-use, special purpose, and vacant land.
